Alenas is currently developing the world's highest performance thermal imaging system in both macro-imaging and microscopy versions. Our thermoreflectance imagers can be obtained in either a 2D surface imaging configuration or in a depth-resolved configuration capable of imaging through encapsulants or obstructing layers. We also offer a multimodal imager, in which thermoreflectance imaging can be combined in a single instrument with electroluminescence or other forms of imaging.
